WEDDING PACKAGES: FOR YOUR WEDDING PACKAGES, DO YOU OFFER ADD ON BONUSES?
Wedding & Event Content (Flash Drive Delivery): $40
Social Media Takeover: $20
Rehearsal Coverage: $50/hour
Night Before Pictures: $75
Full Weekend Coverage: $50/hr on top of wedding day package.
Capture the full wedding experience—from the welcome party to the farewell brunch.
Great for destination weddings or multi-day events.
Extra Creator/Second Shooter: $60/hr
An additional content creator for larger weddings or to cover both partners getting ready in different locations.
*Additional Travel Fee: Applies if coverage is needed the day before/ after the wedding. Rate varies based on location.*
do you travel?
While I am based in Arizona, Louisiana, and South Carolina, I'm available for destination weddings worldwide. If your wedding is over 3 hours from me I am happy to come to your city for an additional fee to cover the cost of travel and reasonable accommodations.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?
All sessions require a 25% non-refundable retainer to secure your booking.
-Photography Sessions-
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled session to receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the retainer.
-Content Creation-
Arizona, Louisiana, and South Carolina:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with a minimum of 5 days' notice.
Out-of-State:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice.
Failure to meet the cancellation notice requirements will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
Do you require a vendor meal?
For events lasting more than six (6) consecutive hours, the Client agrees to provide a hot vendor meal and access to water/non-alcoholic beverages for the Content Creator and any assistants. Meals should be served during the main guest meal time to avoid missing key moments of the event.
What are the responsibilities & expectations?
The Client agrees to communicate key moments and must-include content prior to the wedding to ensure proper coverage. The Content Creator is not responsible for missed moments due to lack of communication, restrictions by venue staff, or interference by guests. The Client agrees to secure necessary permissions from the venue for photography/ videography of content creation. If venue lighting, space, or rules restrict the ability to capture content, the Content Creator is not liable for reduced content quality.
Do you have insurance?
Yes! We’re happy to send a copy of our certificate of liability insurance to your venue or any other vendors upon request.
How many content creators should we book for our wedding?
All of our wedding packages include at least one content creator. If your wedding is at a large venue or you want double the coverage I am happy to get a second content creator to take footage that is able to capture every moment of your special day from a different angle.

CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC POSES OR SHOTS?
Of course! This is your session! We can capture candid, posed, natural shots, whatever feels right in the moment. If you have a Pinterest board with ideas or inspiration, feel free to email it to me before the session!
Can we meet before the session or wedding/event?
Yes, absolutely! Whether you’re a coffee lover or prefer a cocktail or beer, I’d love to meet up before your big day. If you’re out of state, we can easily connect over Zoom or FaceTime!
HOW LONG TILL I RECEIVE THE FINAL PHOTOS?
All images from regular sessions will be delivered within 2-4 weeks via digitally to your email for easy access and download.
